Aqoili Soap: Suggestions on how to use it by Ron Johnson

For overweight person: During showering.after the body is wet, rub and massage the Aoqili soap all over the fatty parts of the body. Rub 40 times clockwise, and 40 times counterclockwise. Also, try to "pinch" the fatty body parts with fingers or both hands. Soft white foam will develop on the rubbed parts of your body, allowing it to "absorb" the fatty substances through the skin. Leave the foam on for about 5 minutes before rinsing them all off with warm water.

For people with a bit of added weight: Use the Aoqili soap as one would use a common soap to reduce the possibility of adding more weight. If people in this category wants to reduce specific body part with fat, like protruding belly or big thighs. Follow the same method as those in the overweight category, rub and massage 40 times each, clockwise and counterclockwise.

For athletic or lean people: Using Aoqili soap is not recommended unless one starts to develop fat in specific parts of the body.

NOTES: For best results, take Aoqili soap right after using the sauna, sunbathing, or a good workout For men, they can use Aoqili soap for shaving purposes, instead of the shaving foam.
