Health Talk: Natural Enzymes or Medicines?

If you don't give enough enzymes for your stomach, your chances of going to hospital is very high.

Research shows that as you age, your body reduces making enzymes. Dr. David G. William, one of the world's leading authorities on natural healing, said, "as we age, our digestive system becomes less efficient. This should be obvious when you consider that anywhere from 60 to 75 percent of all hospitalizations are related to problems concerning the digestive system." Enzymes are important because they help your stomach break down food.

Efforts to heal stomach problems are very common. People buy medicine to "fix". Dr. William discovered, "ulcer and indigestion medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, are among the top sellers of any class of drugs." Over the counter medicines are expensive if frequently bought.

You can prevent stomach problems by eating plentiful enzyme-rich raw food. They will help your stomach to have enough enzymes to digest. Eating cooked vegetables contains no live enzymes. Live enzymes could not survive above 116 degrees (boiling point is 212 degrees). You may wonder where you can buy high quality food with high enzymes? How about our Barley Grass Powder!? Our barley grass, woodstove-air dried, contains high levels of "living" enzymes" that will help your stomach to digest foods much better. Wolfberry, celtic sea salt, and goji juice also contains rich live enzymes. Give your stomach a treat and order them today!

Take a look at our "TOUR" website then on, "Understand Sugar Contents". Carefully read and understand why many vegetables out there in supermarkets have low enzymes. I have tested many vegetables from food stores, and they all are low in nutrition, low in sugar contents, therefore, low in enzymes.

Dr. David G. William publishes Alternative newsletter for health consious invidivuals.

Health Talk: Flu Vaccine Hysteria

As many of you might know, there is a scare of flu vaccine shortage in America. There are numerous Americans who fear the idea of not getting any shots to protect them from becoming ill or even death. As high as 100 Americans a day actually crossed Canada to get their shot for the price of $40. There are some explainable reasons for that. First of all, they are, of course, scared of becoming ill. Secondly, they are not aware about some of the facts behind the shots. Thirdly, the media frequently has a strong influence on people and that is what happened with the flu shots. Some of the phrases the media used included, "This could be the worst flu season ever," "The flu kills 36,000 people per year" and "The flu shot is the best way to prevent the flu" even though less than 175 people actually died from influenza in 2003. Check out this website article. You will see more messages regarding the "deadly flu" in the news media this year.

It is a good idea to increase the amount of barley grass you take daily to more than 3 teaspoons to minimize one from being attacked by the upcoming outbreak of flu and germs. High amounts of Vitamin C from wolfberries or Goji Juice will be very helpful immunity. Our barley grass and the Chinese wolfberries or Goji Juice are definitely a perfect combination in exchange for those shots.

We also discovered that the shots may contain a chemical, mercury. You can read this webpage out about vaccine containing dangerous toxics.

Just to be healthy and safe, take barley grass and wolfberries!
