Raw Vegetables Powder -- "First Come, First Serve"

We are continuously busy on our farm making sure our crops are getting enough water and minerals so they can grow healthfully with highest nutrient content possible! Our cabbages and other vegetables for Raw Vegetables Powder are now just little plants and they should be ready for harvest in September.

Since we are a very small farm, we will be able to get a small batch of Raw Vegetables Powder ready by late September or early October. To get the first harvest for your RVP, send us an email quickly. For those who are not in hurry to buy some, we will have RVP ready for everyone later in December or so.

Improve your health this summer

We are almost done with planting and everything looks good! The weather up north is particularly challenging but we are able to manage it so far.  Our small patch of strawberry plants are full of flowers and will be ready to pick in few weeks! We are excited about our crops this year and we really wish we could share our vegetables and fruits with everyone but it is not possible except for strawberry leathers and raw vegetables powder which will be ready this fall.

However; this summer is a good time for you to visit your local farmers' market for fresh vegetables and fruits. Grab this opportunity to improve your health by eating as much local vegetables and fruits before winter comes. Most grocery stores averagely carried foods that are imported 1,500 miles away and they got bruised, chemically treated, or unripe before they got to the stores. Spring is here

It's this time of the year for Living Food Farm to plant! Ron has been busy at the farm getting ready to plant seeds as soon as the weather gets warm enough. There are thousands of seeds that need to be sowed in our nutrient-rich soil such as cabbages, beets, carrots, strawberries and barley grass. We are looking forward to harvest those crops to help all of our health!

We are also excited about fermenting our vegetables for better health this summer. Fermented vegetables are enzyme-rich foods that will help our stomach with breaking down the foods, having easier bowel movement, and fighting the bacteria in digestive tract. There are many benefits of fermented foods that have been used by other countries for centuries. America didn't practice this but we are now encouraging customers to eat fermented foods such as our Raw Vegetables Powder which will be ready this fall.

Allergies are usually a bother for many of you in the spring. Our Barley Grass Powder had helped many customers with allergies. Our 92 years old grandmother, Irja, doesn't have spring allergies anymore because she takes our barley grass faithfully!

Spring is also a good time to go out for a walk and get a breath of fresh air. Exercise and being stress-free are also very important parts for a healthy wellbeing!

Raw Vegetable Powder

As many of you already know we are still giving FREE sample of our own organic Raw Vegetables Powder (RVP) when you order something from us. We would like to emphasis how important RVP is for your health along with barley grass powder. Both raw cultured vegetables work together very excellent for ANY of your health problems! We need both active enzymes from barley grass powder and friendly bacteria from raw vegetables powder for our daily well-being.

Thirty years ago, we were not able to decompose wood, old plants, and weeds back into soil but today, if we put them back into our soil, they will decay in several weeks! Why is that??

Our soil has LIVING bacteria which means it has the minerals and microbes to break down dead plants or animals efficiently and quickly in the soil.

This idea is the same as in the digestive system of a human body. Raw Vegetables Powder has the friendly bacteria in order to digest food and eliminate the wastes easily. These bacteria help to keep the 'bad' or unfriendly bacteria in balance. Active enzymes in barley grass powder help with breaking down the food and giving you the energy and nutrients that you need everyday.

We have experimented by adding RVP to the oatmeal at 98 degrees and it tastes even softer and easier to swallow and digest. If the oatmeal doesn't break down into liquid as it did with our RVP, that enzyme formulation will not be very effective in helping with the digestive process. Ronda Before and After

I grew up healthy and rarely got sick.. I was a tough girl and always had the energy. When I was18 years old and lived on my own with no pressure from my parents to eat healthy foods and to take barley grass powder. I am FREE at last to eat whatever I want!

Am I really that free?

Yes, I was fine for a while. I stopped taking barley powder because I got bored and tired of that same old taste of barley. I also did not see any point taking it because I felt good and have plenty of energy. I went to college, traveled and lived in the city. I am 29 years old now. Whoa! Look at me! 

 

After years of being on my own and going out to restaurants frequently. I felt like my old self was gone. I felt weak with no energy and was often worn out after work. I became crabby and was sick with cold/flu often. I chose to think that I have no time to cook, exercise, eat right food, or take care of myself. Eventually, I was lost and miserable.

After going up to almost 200 pounds, I decided to return to barley grass and new product that my parents created for us which is raw vegetables powder! I took them faithfully and I could not believe that my body responded positively to healthy foods, barley grass and raw vegetables powder. After few months of patience with cleansing, exercising and eating right, I feel like I am 20 years old again! I did not get any cold/flu and I feel so energetic, stronger, younger, and happier.

How, you asked? I believed that barley and raw vegetables powder as well as eating healthy foods had helped me to reduce my cravings and temptations. Let's look at the weight of both cabbages and their nutrient contents (Brix level) that were tested by refractometer. Both cabbages are about the same size, circumference of 19 inches.
