Second Step: Kidney Cleansing
According to National Kidney and Urology Diseases, an estimated 100,000 Americans are diagnosed with kidney failure every year. Approximately 7.7 million Americans have evidence of chronic kidney disease today.
What is a kidney’s function?
• Keeps your blood balanced
• Controls the amount of fluid in your body
• Balances the electrolytes in your blood
• Helps control your blood pressure
• Produces hormones for your blood and bone formation
What are common symptoms for kidney problems?
• Chronic gas
• Bad temper
Acute kidney failure symptoms
• Irregular heartbeat
Chronic kidney failure symptoms
• Loss of appetite
Kidney problems are usually caused by eating:
• Fatty foods and a high sugar diet
• Processed foods (such as cold meats, hot dogs, microwave dinners, etc.)
• Hydrogenated fats and oils (from fast foods, processed foods, etc.)
• Coffee, chocolate, soft drinks, red meats, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, tobacco, aspirin, table salt, and alcohol

Body Cleanse Program
Living Food Farm is a small farm helping people with health issues through consultation, sales and education. Even with the popular RVP/RVAP and other service we provide, we cannot heal every disease and illness overtaking people's bodies. Many people have bodies that are so clogged after years of eating foods and breathing air that contain toxins. This clogged nature is also found in the skin, which absorbs toxins.
A solution is to cleanse your body for happier and healthier living. Living Food Farm recommends that you do the program in this order: colon cleansing, kidney cleansing, and then liver cleansing. The recommendation is to do the cleansing every six months or every year.
Living Food Farm's body cleansing program uses natural and safe herbs that are not harmful to your body. We have developed this program based on years of experience and studies of health books and websites.
First step: Colon Cleansing
Living Food Farm has spent endless hours researching ways to cleanse the body, and has chosen Oxy-Powder for two main reasons. First, it's the safest and easiest way to clean out your colon. Second, it is made of magnesium oxides that assist in bringing oxygen to the colon, softening the usually hard and solid fecal matter clogged in the colon.
In addition, oxygen is the best way to get rid of bad bacteria such as infections, viruses, and bad bugs. They cannot survive in a colon that contains oxygen, and a major advantage is that the good bacteria such as RVP are given the chance to repair and instill balance in the colon.
Imagine your colon being similar to pipes in your house. When pipes get clogged, they get filled with nasty chemicals and waste. This is exactly how the colon is when it is clogged: it becomes filled with nasty, sticky fecal matter from eating, breathing and absorbing unhealthy matters for years.
How do you know if you need to cleanse your colon?
The easiest way to determine whether you need to cleanse your colon is how often you release bowel movements a day. the ideal number is two to three times a day. If you don't go that often, then you probably need a colon cleansing.
If you suffer or have experience any of the issues listed below, then you probably would benefit from a colon cleansing:

Third Step: Liver Cleansing
Gallbladder removal is one of most frequently performed operations in the U.S., with over half a million Americans removing the gallbladder each year. LIver that are not functioning correctly often cause problems with gallbladders. In reality, many only need to cleanse their livers so that their gallbladders function correctly.
Explaining the liver's function is complicated since it has over 200 functions! The liver basically controls synthesis, and stores, secretes, transforms, and breaks down different substances.
Some symptoms of liver dysfunctions are:
• Digestive diseases
• Low energy
• Allergies and hay fever
Causes of these symptoms can include:
• Too much protein in the diet (especially protein metabolism)
• Too much simple carbohydrates (any kind of refined sugars)
• Drug residues (from medication, recreational use, chemotherapy, and such)
• Toxins, heavy metals, pesticides
• Lack of exercise
Warning – These procedures are not recommended to people taking medication for congestive heart failure, seizures or other serious illnesses, or people with severe kidney failure
