Which flavor of the four offered (Regular, Garlic, Stevia, or Salt) that will produce best results?

It doesn't matter on which because the amount of powder barley grass are mixed equally in each of those five flavors' packages. It's up to the customer's preference in flavor

What is Barley Grass Powder?

It is a barley grass that we grow, harvest, woodstove dried, and ground into powder. Since the grass was grown from our chemical-free soil, the powder is extremely nutritious.

Who is Dr. Yoshihide Hagiwara?

For 13 years, Dr. Yoshihide Hagiwara, President of Hagiwara Institute of Health in Japan researched over 150 different plants and their nutrient value. He discovered that barley grass was the most excellent source of nutrient that body needs for well-being, growth, and repair as compared to other vegetables. The laboratory analysis* results of the grasses contains folic acid, antioxidant vitamins C and E, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and traces of more than 70 other minerals. This wide spectrum of vitamin and minerals in barley grass makes this food the most balanced supply of nutrient for your body’s needs.

I coughed when taking Barley Grass Powder.
The powders are best taken in the mouth with a spoon and a glass of room temperature water. Heap the samples onto the spoon and then put it in your mouth. As you do this, try to release air by closing your mouth, breathing through your nose, and packing the barley between your tongue and the roof of mouth. Then, slowly sip the water to fully wash it down. You may taste its grassy flavor and that is perfectly normal. Experienced members commonly say that the grassiness flavor disappears over time.
Can I take Barley Grass Powder while traveling?
You could, but it would not be as easy as traveling with Green Granola. The powder can be stored in a small Tupperware, is enough to last throughout the trip. We’ve received stories from members who faithfully took Barley Grass Powder while traveling and didn’t become sick from dining out or environment change.
I took Barley Grass Powder and I didn’t feel anything
The powder isn’t a “one-month short term drug.” To feel the full effect of barley grass, it takes about 3-6 months of 3-4 tablespoon per day to feel the changes. It takes time for your body to adapt and repair from barley grass’ rich nutrient. Vaccuumed bag isn’t vacuumed
If you received a bag with air in it, it may be caused by shipping where postal service adds pressure on the box. Whether if the bag has air or not, the bag is sealed enough to keep vitamin and minerals intact. As long as you store the barley grass in a sealed container (tupperware) in dry places, the powder will be good for 3 months.
How do I remember to take barley grass?
There are some strategies to make sure that you don't forget to take barley grass powder.

Although the container (Tupperware or glass jar) with barley grass powder is supposed to be stored in dark, dry, cool places, they can be put where it can remind you. No nutrition will be lost if you take them on daily basis. If you put them in a dark, dry, cool, places and forget to take them, then you are not doing your body good!

** Put the container in a visible place on a kitchen counter. This way when you go to the kitchen for food, the container will remind you to take the powder.
** Put the container and water next to the bed. When you get up, you can eat it first thing in the morning. And when you go to bed, you can eat it. That is two less things to remember about!
** Put the container on the bathroom counter. You can take it just before you brush your teeth. This is somewhat most effective as brushing teeth is a regular habit of many.

How to store Barley Grass Powder?
Pour the powder in a Tupperware and seal it with a lid. Store the Tupperware in dry, dark, cool place. The shelf life is approximately 1 month.
Why is the Barley Grass in powdered form, instead of tablets or capsules?
We've considered making Barley Grass capsules and tablets, but we decided not to for a couple of reasons. Putting them in tiny sizes is much smaller than our recommended “dosages.” We recommend experienced members to take at least 6 teaspoons a day. Also, we have learned tablets and capsules are compressed and they have hard gelatin coating. This means they are much harder for enzymes to digest and break down.
The Barley Grass Powder tastes horrible, why would anyone want to eat it!?
Its flavor may be grassy and somewhat unpleasant at first but the sacrifice is worthy. In exchange for 10 seconds of grassy taste, you body appreciate receive lots of valuable vitamins and minerals. This may be better than eating low quality grocery spinach or broccoli for 20 minutes straight, three times a day. Remember – one teaspoon of barley grass is equivalent to a bowlful of vegetables. It’s an “instant vegetable!”
Why do you recommend taking Barley Grass Powder in the mouth? Why not mix it with water?
You may mix it in the water but if you notice after you drink the mix, powders stick on the inside wall of the glass. The powder sticking on the wall could have been in your body (unless if you refilled the glass for a second drink).
I left Barley Grass Powder under the sun or in heat. Is it ruined?
The quality of barley grass powder will degrade if the temperature is over 105 degrees. You can observe the color – if it has changed to light green.
Is Barley Grass Powder good for pregnancy?
ABSOLUTELY! It is wonderful for Mother and a baby because Barley Grass Powder has 18 amino acids. Amino acids are the nutrients that produce proteins. Also, it has rich minerals, including Iron. We’ve taken a good care of our soil by adding lots of iron to ensure that the barley leaves are full of iron.
Is Barley Grass Powder good for children?
Yes. We’ve received positive reports from parents. It is better to start early so they could get used to the taste. The benefits of having children to take it are:
-- The powder provides rich vitamin and minerals to battle against growing publicity of sugar food (i.e. coke, candies)
-- More convincing: 10 second of swallowing powder is convincing than eating 15 minutes of low quality grocery vegetables

What is the shelf life of Barley Grass Powder? (or what is the expiration date?)
The shelf life if unopened and stored in dark, cool places: 1 year. If opened: Approximately 3 months. If exposed to heat or light: check the coloring – if it is dark green, then it’s still good. If it is light green – trash.
